To Mail Your Order - Please go through the shopping cart and check out. You will find instructions for printing out and mailing form at the end of the order process. This method will reserve items for you while you are mailing payment. You may also write your order on a plain piece of paper and mail it with payment to the address above.

How long will it take my order to process before it is shipped?

Most of the time your order will take 1-2 days to process. However, this will depend on the size and complexity of your order. Please allow up to 24 or 48 hours for processing unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery of your order.

Shipping is $4.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item

We ship Worldwide. Shipping costs are based on actual Postage. Our web site will provide you with an accurate estimate of costs.


The table above refers to estimated Regular Ground shipping, the recommended method. Under this method, Player's Choice will pick the best way, UPS or USPS, and typically will ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of processing your order. We ship orders every business day.  Occasionally, orders will be held for a week to ten days for out of stock items to arrive back in stock.


Standard shipping will be sent via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS Ground (our choice) depending on order size, weight, and destination. UPS and USPS require extra transit time when shipping to rural routes or remote locations.


We ship to the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories including US Military addresses. We also ship internationally daily with hundreds of regular customers in Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Japan.


Please note that we pass through USPS Address Correction charges when the address is entered incorrectly on an order. If you are not sure of your standard normalized shipping address, please contact us before you order.



Will I Get Confirmation # with my Order?

A tracking number will be given when the order has shipped. Use this number to track your package. Go to usps.com to track your package, or use the link provided on the order page


Returns and Exchanges


All sales are final.  Customers can return defective merchandise for a replacement. Refunds will only be given in extreme cases. All returns must be filed within 14 days of the order date.

Please inspect your games on arrival. If damage is detected, contact us and save packing materials for possible damage claims. If you find a problem with a game, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt for return authorization or replacement. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped to receive credit.


Warranty

Games and systems currently in production are warranted by the respective manufacturers. Parts replacement policies and procedures are located on the respective manufacturer web sites. We can provide those links upon request. We warrant open video games and systems to be as described on our web site. Items may be returned for full store credit (less shipping expense) within 30 days of purchase if returned in the same condition as shipped.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are items with expected availability in the future and may be ordered in the shopping cart just like regular items. If you would like to place a large pre-order and have items bill and ship as they become available, please contact us by email and we will be happy to customize a shipping program for you. If you have any questions on any of these options, please do not hesitate to email. While our new system is pretty darn slick, we continue to enjoy the personal contact with you and welcome your communications.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. We ship orders, every Friday.
