Story of Seasons calls on players to experience a farming simulation game. This title is affiliated with the classic Harvest Moon series. However, Story of Seasons has its own unique features that take agricultural simulation to a new level. The story begins with young characters that are bored with their lives. These youngsters take advantage of farming opportunities in a fictional community known as Oak Tree Town. Simple techniques are used to harvest a variety of crops that are sold on a local and international market. Players must water, plow and sow the small fields that come in traditional 3 x 3 units. Character customization allows players to have some fun with designing a unique farmer in Story of Seasons. Players can also have pets as farm animals. Additionally, there is also the option of operating a small exotic safari.
