What's He Talking About?

On the 2nd LAST level of B.G.1 before you get to the top of the tower for the last fight. The "nice ghost" that tells you the whole story of the game. He talked about a sword that could be constructed from the walls of the castle and forged in the "black forge" or something (which is the name of the previous towers' level). What's he talkin' about? How does one get this sword. I doubt he's talkin' about the ONYX sword from the giant golem.
