  • Description

After a hard day of doing whatever earthworm superheroes do, Earthworm Jim is hit on the head by a flying cow. After lapsing into a coma, Jim awakens in his own mind and discovers that he has gone insane. In order to regain his sanity, he must travel through the various worlds in his head and collect the loose marbles, as well as the golden udders. However, these things are not just lying in easy-to-reach places. Jim will have to use all of his talents including jumping, crawling, hanging, running, helicopter spinning, and blasting enemies. Many of the classic enemies like Evil the Cat and Professor Monkey for a Head return, and all of the gameplay is what you expect from an EARTHWORM JIM game, only in 3D. Help Jim collect his marbles and return to the land of the living in EARTHWORM JIM 3D.

You represent Jim's super-ego, which is Jim's last line of mental defense. All of Jim's worst fears and anxiety's have been released into each of his 4 brains. Each of Jim's 4 brains is guarded by a spiritual cow, each cow holds a golden udder, these udders have been misplaced throughout the levels.

Your mission is to contain your fears, find your "Lost Marbles" and locate the mysterious golden udders and return them to the cow's therefore reclaiming each brain. It won't be easy, the most evil super villians in the world (not to mention the never before seen Final-Boss) are running amok in your mind, and this time Jim battles not to save the universe, but his own (Heavily Damaged) Brain.

This set of games is outstanding. The improved graphics give it a Super Nintendo kind of feel and you can't even tell you're playing it on the game boy. I don't recommend, however, playing it on a Super Gameboy, which doesn't use any colors, except green. The games are outstanding, and improved features, like a bank to hold your money in, and added details to weapon stores (like extra rooms) make it awesome. Buy this game!!!
