Description
In NHL FACEOFF 2000 you can make trades, release
slackers, create a player, and sign free agents. You�ll get gameplay
modes like Season, Exhibition, Quick Start. One new feature is
Multi-Team play, which lets more than one user play within the same
season and creates the potential for some great rivalries. FACEOFF 2000
is officially licensed and has all the real NHL teams and players. The
developers recruited eight-time Stanley Cup champion and Detroit Red
Wings coach Scottie Bowman to help make the game play more
realistically. What Bowman and 989 Studios came up with is what they
call I.C.E. artificial intelligence I.C.E. stands for intelligence,
comprehension, and execution meaning that the computer-controlled
players on the ice are programmed to play as they would in an real
life. For multiplayer action, up to eight players can compete via the
multitap.
