Console version of Will Wright's city-building game.

The aim is to build and sustain a happy city, but this can be a lot harder than it first seems. You have a limited budget, but must strive to keep pollution, crime, traffic, and taxes within reason, while also expanding business, and fighting against natural disasters.

You are helped along the way by Dr. Wright, a bizarre character who will give you advice on how to manage your city. Aside from building a huge and successful city, there is no final objective to the game, and can be played endlessly.
