Grand Ages: Medieval is an RPG game that focuses on managing entire civilizations during the early Middle Ages. The story line begins in 1050 A.D. and gradually progresses for decades and even centuries. Throughout the years, settlements turn into bustling cities that must be governed properly. The military role of leaders involves defending cities with large armies that include infantry and cavalry units. Grand Ages: Medieval also features dozens of realistic innovations that were developed during the Middle Ages for industrial, commercial, military and agricultural applications. Natural resources like coal and produce must also be managed properly in order to keep troops, citizens and others alive. Grand Ages: Medieval allows players to expand their empires all over Europe and into the Middle East and North Africa.
