Known for a number of strategy games, Koei brings Heir of Zendor: The Legend and The Land to the Sega Saturn. Zendor is a planet containing so many anti-gravity ores that even the continents float. With the ore the people built many airships that led to a great deal of commerce. Money was being made by many but then pirates showed up and started stealing from the traders. After the pirates formed an organization called The Guild, the governments created the Alliance of City-States to help combat the problem.
