Description

At one time, the game of American Football was not played by average humans, but in the year 2006, an all-pro player was caught with a bionic knee. He was then banned, never to return to the game.

Based on several complaints from other teams, 2 player's were caught with illegal bionic parts, and were thrown out.

In an effort to save the game, the football Commission did random tests for bionic parts. A lot were caught, but were unwilling to give up their beloved game, and combined with increasingly insane requests for a pay rise, the league gradually made a change to complete robotics. By 2022, the game was played not by humans, but robots, and the usual pig skin ball was replaced with a 350 pound bomb to spice things up.
