Play either the road Runner OR Wile E. Coyote in this unique side-scroller that is just like an interactive Saturday morning cartoon.

Your goal: run through six different desert environments before time expires, collecting ACME stamps.

As the Road Runner, speed is your ally as you do incredible jumps, burn though loop-de-loops, and avoid all of the Coyote's contraptions and ambushes. The Road Runner can also scare an unsuspecting Coyote with his Beep-Beep Attack.

As the Coyote, you use Acme's crazy gadgets to catch the Road Runner, constantly attempting to master their power without getting yourself flattened. The Coyote has a special leap attack which allows him to make a last ditch attempt to grab the bird!

Bonus rounds include cameos from other classic Warner Bros. characters such as Elmer Fudd, Bugs Bunny, Marvin the Martian.

CJ would have been proud to see this by Jim Malarky 17 Nov 2008
Chuck Jones is one of the greatest directors of all time, and even though he's no longer with us, his works are arguably the best, yes, better than Tex Avery. Several games based on the Road Runner were created, there was: Arcade, Atari, NES, SNES, and Genesis as far as I remember. The Genesis game is a gem to be cherished, and worth your time for the fun factor. There are plenty of references made from the original cartoons. Coyote can't hit anything over his head, such as the ceiling of a train car, or he takes damage (lol!). He can't fall from an incredible height, and he can't run into walls. Wile E. has acme products at his disposal to help him out in trying to catch R.R. such as spring shoes, jet skates, and the ever popular Batman suit. Both characters have to avoid cactuses, anvils, barrels of dynamite, little coyote dummy explosives, and carts seen in a mine.
