The DS version of the pet simulator Dogz
2 takes advantage of its
platform's unique abilities, giving players new control
over their
virtual pets. The microphone and voice recognition features allow
adoptive dogs to recognize their owner's voice, gamers can "pet" their
pups using the touch screen, and the dual screens let players see what
their puppies are doing in other rooms. The game features eighteen
adoptable canine breeds, including Chihuahuas, Beagles, and Golden
Retrievers, and three different modes of play are available.
