As the story goes, the series' recurring villain, Specter, is tired of having his plans for world domination continually fouled up by the chronic foolishness of his monkey minions, and so he has founded a university to train his apes to be more obedient (or at least less incompetent).Players progress in the game's main competition through a tic-tac-toe styled interface, in which they must win the mini-game to claim the square. Single players can revisit any of the mini-games they've beaten, as well for helpful practice or high-score pride.
