Summer Games for the Atari 7800. Summer Games gives you the opportunity to compete in six different events from the summer Olympics. The game allows you to compete in one or all events. You may also practice each event.
The game allows up to 8 players to compete against one another. The players are allowed to enter their own names and select the country which they will represent. Medals are awarded at the end of each event.
The running events in the game are the 4x400 Relay and 100-Meter Dash. The swimming events are the Freestyle Relay and 100-Meter Freestyle. All of these events allow for two players to compete head-to-head in each heat.
The two other events in the game are Diving and Gymnastics. The players take alternating turns in these two events.
