Customers can return defective merchandise for a replacement. Refunds will only be given in extreme cases. All returns must be filed within 14 days of the order date.
Please inspect your games on arrival. If damage is detected, contact us and save packing materials for possible damage claims. If you find a problem with a game, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt for return authorization or replacement. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped to receive credit.
Games and systems currently in production are warranted by the respective manufacturers. Parts replacement policies and procedures are located on the respective manufacturer web sites. We can provide those links upon request. We warrant open video games and systems to be as described on our web site. Items may be returned for full store credit (less shipping expense) within 30 days of purchase if returned in the same condition as shipped.
